Statement

This code reflects our values and expectations of those who we choose to work with including acting ethically and with honesty and integrity, maintaining data privacy and security, ensuring diversity and inclusion, fair employment and wages, reducing environmental impact and providing work environments that support safety, wellbeing and health.

We have shaped our code of ethics into three main themes

Our general commitments are:

  • Caevest as a company has high expectations and standards of behaviour which all staff are required to act in accordance with our ethical principles.
  • We stand firmly against bribery and corruption in all its forms. We expressly prohibit any form of bribe or kickback and we are fully committed to comply with anti-corruption laws of all the countries we work in.
  • We prohibit the payment of donations to obtain a business advantage.
  • We obey the laws, customs and culture of the countries we work in and comply with national and international trade restrictions.
  • All Caevest employees must adhere to this policy as a condition of their employment.

Diversity and Inclusion

We seek to advance and promote diversity in our company as well as to encourage and inclusive culture. Using our policies, systems and culture we work had to create a positive working environment which respects all our colleagues. It is our belief that all employees should work in an environment free from harassment and discrimination.

Environmental Sustainability

Strategies to help us minimize the impact our company has on the environment.
We strive to improve our environmental practices, including reducing business travel through increased use of technology such as video conferencing, closely monitoring our waste footprint – by working in a paperless environment wherever possible, and ensuring the office is energy efficient.

Supplier Standards

We hold our suppliers and subcontractors to the same high standards of social responsibility that we hold ourselves.

As experienced managers of complex Projects that require specialist suppliers of personnel and equipment, we hold our suppliers of goods and services to the same high standards.

Our policies are strict, our professional standards are clear and apply to every member of staff. Any potential breach of these ethical standards is taken very seriously and thoroughly investigated.

Our internal policies are clear, as are the procedures for staff to report concerns about values, ethics and professional conduct.
